Since fall of 2024, I have had the great pleasure to lead Cherokee Country Club’s Beer Club.

This series has included monthly deep-dives into a range of topics, including Beer & Food Pairing 101, Dry January, Barrel-Aged Beers, and Beers of Germany & Belgium. Working closely with the Club’s Director of Food & Beverage, we have also included thoughtfully curated food pairings.

Creating educational events that feel less like school and more like your favorite field trip is half the fun of what I do! It is also an exciting challenge to work with a range of products and present them in a way that makes it exciting to learn.
