I had the honor of designing a custom mocktail menu for the launch party & fundraiser for Daisy’s Non-Alcoholic Bar & Bottle Shop. Lindsay Elsten has been an incredible ambassador for the NA community locally. As the organizer of Sober in Knoxville & Sober in Maryville (part of the #SoberCityMovement), Lindsay’s passion for building community for sober & sober-curious individuals alike is inspiring to say the least!

Creating mocktails that were delicious with OR without NA spirits was a unique challenge, and the response was fantastic! Utilizing years of bartending & mixology experience, as well as a thorough knowledge of NA brands, I was able to deliver a professionally curated experience for Lindsay’s special event.
